Please review our refund policy before purchasing digital products from our website.

1. Digital Products — All Sales Final

Due to the electronic nature of our products and their immediate availability for download, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or expressly provided below.

This policy applies to downloadable publications, eBooks, guides, checklists, worksheets, and other digital educational materials.

We do not ordinarily provide refunds for changes of mind, accidental purchases, or failure to review product descriptions before purchasing.

2. Download or Product Problems

We want you to receive the products you purchase and be able to use them as intended.

If you experience any of the following problems, please contact us:

You did not receive access to your purchased product.
Your download link does not work.
Your downloaded file is damaged, corrupted, or unusable.
You received an incorrect product.
You were charged more than once for the same purchase.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue by providing a working download, correcting the order, or issuing an appropriate refund when warranted.

If we cannot deliver the purchased product as described, we will provide a refund as required by applicable law.

Sensible Survivor, LLC does not process refunds for purchases made directly from third-party sellers.

5. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes refund rights, payment dispute rights, or other consumer protections that cannot legally be waived.

The policy applicable to a purchase will be the policy presented at the time of that purchase, subject to applicable law.
